The Danville Iron are excited to announce the signing of forward, Jack Gartzke!
Jack is joining us from the USPHL’s McCall Smokejumpers!
When asked about Gartzke, Danville head coach Bo Cheesman stated,
“Jack is a dynamic forward whose speed and relentless pace make him a constant threat every time he steps on the ice. His ability to distribute the puck and create offensive opportunities for his teammates, combined with his gritty, hard-nosed style of play, makes him a player who impacts the game in all three zones.
What truly stands out about Jack is his willingness to compete. He plays with an edge, wins battles, and never takes a shift off. His work ethic and determination embody the blue-collar identity that the Danville Iron are committed to building.
We believe Jack’s skill set and competitive nature will make him an excellent fit in Danville. We’re excited to see him represent the Iron both on the ice and in the community as we continue laying the foundation for a championship culture.”
